We pride ourselves on our ability to think creatively and to provide solutions to achieve the Project Goals. We prefer to be involved from the programming phase through construction in order to provide input on systems, cost and schedule. Our structural team can envision what the project demands and through focused engineering, meet the project’s needs and concerns. Our training and execution is team-based, and as a result, we speak with one voice, eliminating confusion and down-time with our clients and other team members.

We believe Total Quality Management is the key to a successful project. Each employee is aware of our commitment to quality and their responsibility to accomplish a quality experience for our clients and other team members.

Throughout the design process, meetings are held with in-house project staff to keep all individuals informed of the project status. At each phase of the design process, we will coordinate our drawings with other disciplines’ drawings. At the 30%, 50% and 95% completion stages, a thorough check will be completed to ensure that the documents and design are coordinated, meet the current codes, and meet our quality standards.

During the construction administration phase, the Project Engineer reviews all shop drawings quickly, responds to field questions promptly, and issues addenda and clarifications as needed. The ultimate goal is to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction through creative thinking, excellent documents, dependable service and follow-through on our commitments.
